Refund Policy

This policy explains trials, subscription renewals, and how to request help with a charge.

Trial Period

Creating an account is free. Premium memberships do not include a free trial; your first payment is due at checkout.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error, contact The Omnigrimoire Support with the email address used for your account and the date of the charge. We review eligible refund requests promptly.

Managing Renewals

You can cancel future renewals at any time through Manage Subscription in Account Settings. Cancellation stops future billing and does not remove access already paid for.
